Biography


Michelle is a dedicated, experienced mental health professional with a solid educational background and a passion for helping others. She graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a bachelor's degree in social work and later earned a master's degree in public administration from Sacred Heart University. Currently, Michelle is pursuing a second master's degree in social work and is on track to graduate soon.


With extensive experience working with children of all ages from diverse backgrounds, Michelle has also worked with adults diagnosed with depression and anxiety. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, utilizing these evidence-based techniques to effectively support her clients in achieving their goals.


Michelle believes in collaborating with clients to ensure their comfort and tailor treatment plans to meet their needs. Her primary goal is to create a safe space where clients can express themselves, heal, and set goals to achieve a happier and healthier life. Michelle offers in-person and virtual services in the state of Connecticut.
