Biography

Meet Christine, a remarkable nutrition wizard who's turned her passion for wholesome food into a mission to spread the word about healthy eating. With a shiny Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Food, and Nutrition from Lehman College and a Master of Science in Nutrition Education from the prestigious Columbia University's Teachers College, she's more than equipped to guide us through the maze of eating right.

Christine wears many hats – she's a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who's spent over 16 years teaching college-level nutrition, making the complex world of dietary science accessible to all. Imagine having the knack to transform intricate scientific info into easy-peasy concepts anyone can grasp – that's Christine for you!

Her journey has taken her from hospitals to classrooms and even into the comfort of people's homes, where she's shared her knowledge with eager ears across the Hudson Valley. A very proud member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR), Christine truly believes in the power of education.

But what sets Christine apart is her incredible empathy and knack for communication. With nine years under her belt, counseling patients and crafting personalized meal plans for a kaleidoscope of clients, she's proven that addressing dietary needs is not a one-size-fits-all affair.

Whether she's lecturing to health pros, chatting with students, or devising nutrition improvement programs, Christine's goal is simple – to help you understand that food is more than just fuel; it's a way to live a healthier, happier life. And with her by your side, navigating the world of nutrition feels like a walk in the park. Let's embark on this journey to better health together!
