Job Summary:

You will play a pivotal role in assessing and addressing the mental health needs of a diverse clientele. Working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, you will develop personalized therapy plans to empower clients to actively participating in their mental health journey. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team ensures comprehensive care, while a focus on innovation and research-driven practices sets our approach apart. You will be working closely with a clinical supervisor who holds a full clinical license.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Client Assessment:** Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status across various age groups and backgrounds.

• **Treatment Planning:** Develop personalized therapy plans based on assessments, focusing on empowering clients to actively engage in their mental health and well-being.

• **Regular Client Sessions:** Conduct regular therapy sessions, providing tools and strategies to help clients overcome challenges and enhance their lives.

• **Collaboration:** Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care. Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, as part of a cohesive treatment approach.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field.

• Experience and willingness to work with children and adolescents.

• Diverse experience in working with various clients and mental health conditions.

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.

• Passion for promoting mental wellness and empowering individuals in their mental health journey.
